Works Commenced On Site! 💥

The strip out has begun on our latest reconfiguration project in North West London.

We have planned for a mid/high end finish on this one in order to maximise our end values and aim to complete the works within an 8-week time frame.

First stage - Strip out: I like to be on top of this in order to fully understand what we are working with before handing the project off to the contractor. Once complete, we will be putting together the final scope of works.

Reason being: This 2 stage process decreases the chances of unexpected variations later, resulting in time delays and increased costs.

We are excited to share the progress of this one! It should be a great end result!
