The Power of Persistence in Property Deals 🏘️

In this business, patience and persistence are key. Back in June and July, we made offers on several properties that seemed promising. 


However, as with many things in property, progress wasn’t immediate. Months passed, and while it might have been easy to move on, we knew the value of pushing forward.


Fast forward to today, and those very properties are coming to fruition. One of them is on the brink of exchange, just weeks away from becoming a reality. Even more exciting, another property initially offered to us as just the upstairs unit came back with the downstairs unit available as well. This unexpected turn was a direct result of our consistent follow-ups and relationship-building efforts.


But what makes this story truly impactful is the role of our CRM system. It took us nearly a year to develop out our CRM properly, in a way that works for us. This has become an indispensable tool, automating follow-ups and ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks. I like to think we can sit calling people all day but this is not reality!


Our CRM allows us to focus on what we do best—developing property and nurturing partnerships.


I always need to remember: the deal isn't done until it's done. We keep following up, staying engaged, and letting our systems work for us. 🌟
