As the number of homes for sale on the market reaches a 10-year high and the number of sales agreed is up 29%, how are we navigating this ahead of the budget?
With affordability being the common hindrance for first time buyers, we are continuing to focus on the smaller units. The product we deliver is well catered to first time buyers and downsizers. Ground floor, modern and simply designed spaces work well to appeal to qualified buyers.
We have completed on 2x units this month, one is already going back onto the market and another is due to commence works in the next few weeks. I am bullish and will continue this way.
The pipeline continues to grow with more offers being worked on weekly. We are aiming for between 20-30 new cash offers per week. These will take time to come to fruition but we are looking ahead to the next 3-6 months.
