Finding Hidden Opportunities: A Lesson in Flexibility and Strategy

Sometimes the best opportunities are right in front of our eyes! 🎯

As we are finishing up one of our projects, it got us thinking how we came across this one...

In the summer, while carrying our our DD on an auction lot, we spotted an identical property in the same block on the open market. It was listed for a similar price and so we placed the offers on both. 

As it happened, we lost the auction lot in the end, but we managed to secure this one! Saving nearly £10,000 in fees. 

This just goes to show that being prepared to pivot and upping the volume of offers can lead to exceptional results, securing a fantastic deal outside our original strategy, which was to utilise the auctions.

I have found that sometimes the best opportunities aren't where I expect them to be. Regardless, we stay alert, do our homework, and are ready to act!
