After exchanging on our next joint venture project in London earlier this month, scopes are finalised, CGI's are drawn up and team is scheduled to begin works next week.
No heavy refurbishment (or reconfiguration) on this one but the money is being spent strategically where it counts. Kitchen, bathroom, flooring etc...
The plan here is to update the property and resell back onto the open market. We are not reinventing the wheel here.
