We buy at the right price. Plain and simple. Yes, we have our contacts and insurances in place, that goes without saying. But ultimately we understand that doing the correct due diligence up front will mitigate the risk. Property is never guaranteed, but we make sure to consider every outcome of the venture before presenting anything to our clients.

"What happens if contractors go bust?"
From the offset, we ensure that contractors are pre-vetted and have the means to continue the project under contractual obligation, even if the worst happens. This normally means we do not end up with the cheapest quote, but a finished job, certainty and quality is more important. On the project, we will intricately scope out the project requirements, put together a realistic programme and keep on top of the works daily to minimise the chance of any issues.
